A Week in Tennessee
TN
We spent the beginning of March down in TN! We visited family, went to the zoo, and enjoyed Bowie Nature Park. Here are just some of our pictures. We didn't get any pictures of Will and Uncle Layne playing wii, but they did a lot of it! We played with our cousins Sam and Noah, had dinner with Uncle Landon and Aunt Heather, and Meg was overjoyed to see Aunt Erin again. Shes's missed her since Christmas! Jason flew in for the weekend, but we didn't get any pictures of him either. Oh well, here's what we've got. We can't wait to go back!!!
They cuddle together and wrap their tails around each other.
Adorable! Just like us...
This one would have eaten out of my hand if I'd had the nerve to try!

COME ON SPRING!
What is this??? We have no clue. We were walking around one of the lakes at Bowie Nature Park and came across this "chicken duck". That's what we've been calling it.
Does anyone know what it is or how we could find out???

welcome back! we have missed you!
Great pictures and I am so jealous of the weather. Is Spring ever going to arrive here?
Love the update!! Your kiddies are growing like little weeds! Will was a toddler and Meghan just a baby the first time I had them in the Nursery (a Good Friday several years ago.) Time flies!
Possibly that duck-chicken thing is a Muscovy duck. Kind of looks like a picture I saw online. The only domestic duck that is not derived from mallard stock - and boy is this comment ever plagerized!
See you Sunday!

We did some research, and it is a Muscovy Duck!
